Since 1999, The Salad Bar has provided our local community with a variety of healthy food options in San Antonio, TX. Our commitment to making the most of every meal is at the heart of all we do, from choosing where we get our food to how we provide it with you.
When we started The Salad Bar, our vision was to offer delicious, nutrient-rich food made from sustainable ingredients. We’ve followed that vision by partnering with local farms in San Antonio to source and deliver fresh, organic food, which we prepare every day to maintain quality, and waste reduction.

This is my favorite place to get lunch in Riverside. The food is fresh, plentiful, and delicious. The restaurant is always clean and organized. The two ladies who run the restaurant are always so friendly and accommodating.

Just had the best lunch celebrating my bestie here! I had a delicious warm vegetarian Bowl and it really hit the spot. Their service was not only with the smile but they actually sang her Happy Birthday with a dance! Cannot wait to come back here again, I feel full but not over stuffed and definitely full of nutrients and proteins. :-)

Mrs. Keisha working as the prep chef, insures you’re getting the freshest and highest quality ingredients and food in order for the customer to enjoy every mouth watering, savory bite!
My wife and our two month old came here and enjoyed the customer service and atmosphere, definitely a solid, healthy food option.
Little pricey but they definitely deliver what you pay for, so it fills you up and makes you appreciate the entirety of this fine dining establishment and people.

I love how this salad is a work of art on a plate. The presentation is stunning, with a beautiful arrangement of vibrant vegetables and garnishes. It's not only visually appealing but also a delightful explosion of flavors and textures.

The food was good, I like that you can build your own salad or wrap. But unfortunately I took a star away because the server lady was rude. She had an earphone in and kept complaining that she cant hear to the point I felt I was shouting, and she was just unpleasant in general.

The Original Tex-Mex dish at Tossgreen was absolutely delicious! The combination of spicy meats, fresh vegetables, and tangy sauces was amazing. I also appreciated the generous portion size - it was definitely a satisfying meal. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who loves bold and flavorful Tex-Mex cuisine.

I'm a fan of spicy food, and the burrito I had at Tossgreen definitely delivered on the heat! The blend of spices and seasoning in the filling was just right, and the tortilla was soft and warm. The best part was definitely the salsa - it added a bright and tangy flavor that really tied everything together.

This is my second time eating here. First time I got the Spicey Chicken Quesadillas (Seasonal 🙁) and this time I got the Emporer warm bowl with bacon! It was delicious and even had enough left over to have it for lunch the next day 🙂 Everything is fresh! Never had a bad experience here. Sometimes there can be a small wait but the food is definitely worth it.

Absolutely love this Toss Green location!! The store is very well kept and the food is always so good and fresh! Ms.T and Ms.Mckenzie are so kind every time we come in! My 2 year old son & I go every week now because of how great they run this store, these ladies have even memorized our orders! So thankful for our go to spot!

The customer service amongst Porscha and staff is always awesome. Porscha recognizes me and knows my order after just a few visits. The salads I get from here are always fresh, great tasting, and filling ! I highly recommend for anyone who may be questioning.

First time going to Tossgreen on Riverside Ave and YOU have to go! It's the cutest little spot with healthy amazing food. The Greek Goddess Salad was so yummy! The service from staff was awesome and they're super friendly especially Mr Shannon. He was very polite and very informative about all the menu items. He really shows his passion for making great food and excellent customer service skills. Scott was really patient when I kept on asking him about the different ingredients in the wraps and the salads. Absolutely the best service in the business I would definitely keep on coming back and I highly recommend y'all do too!

I like Tossgreen. As a bigger guy I struggle with clean eating. What makes it worse is that I worked in the fitness industry for years and know the value of clean food and what it does to the body. That is the main reason I am thankful to have this Tossgreen so close to home. The ingredients are peeled fresh daily and after a couple days of eating here , you just feel better. I usually go for the spinach and feta with tomatoes avocado and a boiled egg. If I get a wild hair I will add the spicy chicken- whoa! This place isn't just for hippies and the health nuts, but you will see plenty of them here in stretchy yoga pants . Who needs more of reason to come in other than your personal health, general well being , and yoga pants? No one

Refreshingly healthy! We love coming here especially for lunch. The salad possibilities are literally endless, and all ingredients are very fresh. Whenever we arrive, the line isn't very long. During my last visit, I noticed that the manager was training a number of new, young employees. I felt like saying, "Speak up, sonny." when they asked what ingredients I'd like in my salad. One girl caught the mistake that my salad was supposed to have shrimp in it, and she quickly added it and mixed it in for me. Salads can be a bit pricey here, but they are very flavorful and fresh. I'll continue to go back.

Good spot for healthy lunch. I would go again. Sauces & vinaigrette are good. So many Variety of toppings. Meat is good. Clean & they have fresh juices (carot & watermelon mix) power Smoothies are 6.99
